I've been going to Orleans & York since they first hit the scene on Slauson/Overhill. Was in the "Wood" and needed to grab something to go for lunch so I popped in. Went with the Dirty PoBoy which was very tasty. Also grabbed an NOLA "OG" Abita cream soda. Lots of seating and parking. My only issue is Sandwiches are around $18 so by the time you grab other items do not be surprised if your bill is $25-$30, otherwise solid business with great service.
Went here for the shrimp po'boy and it was so good I came back the next day for a turkey sandwich! This place is perfection, the bread is amazing and everything has a refined taste. This is definitely my go to when I'm in the Inglewood area.
I will start with the food giving it a 5/5 (aside from red beans and rice which were just OK) everything was fresh and seasoned well. The service was 1/5 & the young lady taking orders was not friendly or helpful. The atmosphere is way going and you can sit outside which is nice . I also like ordered a carrot cake which was delicious and moist.
First time ordering from here and both items I ordered were delicious , the Gumbo and the Dirty rice ! Order arrived in a timely manner as well - Bravo !
Inglewood Citizen Here!!! I frequent Orleans & York and recently tried seasonings for the fish. Let me tell you - it was a hit with my taste buds. The lemon pepper fried red snapper is fiyah! Definitely worth a try. The service has improved and I'm super appreciative for that. In the past, service was a hit or miss. As always, food is hot, fresh and good! Dine in or take out.
This is a delivery order. Orleans & York Deli, is a great restaurant for sandwiches, po' boys, and other delicious Creole creations. One of my favorites is the Shrimp Po'Boy. A delicious baguette stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and some banging seasoned shrimps. I appreciate how the restaurant prepares the sandwich ever so perfectly. The staff really makes sure to keep my mouthwatering sandwich, safe and warm. This Po'Boy sandwich is a shrimp lovers dream, come true. Yummy
